Welcome to TCG Price Quiz ("the App"), operated by LuxAero Tech LLC. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Service Description
The App is an educational and entertainment quiz game where players compare the market values of Pokémon trading cards. Card pricing data is sourced from third-party providers and is provided for informational purposes only. Prices displayed in the App should not be treated as financial advice or guaranteed market values.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of ageto use the App, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.
3. Accounts
You may sign in via Google OAuth. Each person may maintain only one account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Display names must not contain offensive, misleading, or impersonating content. We reserve the right to reset display names that violate this policy.
4. Virtual Currency & Items
The App features a virtual coin economy used to purchase virtual card packs and other in-app items. Virtual coins and items:
- Have no real-world monetary value
- Cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or redeemed for real currency
- May be adjusted, reset, or revoked at our sole discretion
- Are not refundable under any circumstances
5. Pack Opening
Virtual card packs contain randomized selections of cards. There are no guaranteed outcomes, specific cards, or minimum values. Pack contents are determined by an algorithm at the time of opening. All pack purchases using virtual coins are final.
6. Premium Access (Gem Mint 10)
Gem Mint 10 is a premium game mode that may require a paid subscription. Premium access is currently granted manually by the administrator. Subscription details:
- Access is tied to your account and is non-transferable
- Subscription duration and pricing are set at the time of purchase
- No automatic refunds — contact us if you experience access issues
- We reserve the right to modify premium features and pricing
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Create or use multiple accounts
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the App
- Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the App
- Manipulate leaderboards, scores, or coin balances
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure
- Harass, impersonate, or abuse other users
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the App
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice.
8. Intellectual Property
Pokémon, Pokémon card names, images, and related marks are trademarks and copyrights of Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., and The Pokémon Company. This App is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.
Card pricing data is provided by PriceCharting and other third-party sources. The App's original code, design, and non-Pokémon content are the property of LuxAero Tech LLC.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Virtual coins, items, and progress may be permanently deleted upon account termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. LuxAero Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:
- Loss of virtual currency, items, or progress
- Inaccurate or outdated card pricing data
- Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
- Actions taken based on pricing information displayed in the App
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
